局部灌注碳酸氢钠和维拉帕米提高抗肿瘤药物疗效的初步观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的 经动脉向恶性肿瘤组织局部灌注碳酸氢钠和维拉帕米 ,观察对IL 2、IFN α和阿霉素 (ADM )、丝裂霉素 (MMC)介入治疗的增效作用。方法  92个病人随机分组为单纯动脉介入化疗药物组 (A组 ) ;碳酸氢钠联合化疗药物动脉介入组 (B组 ) ;碳酸氢钠联合IL 2、IFN α、化疗药物介入组 (C组 ) ;碳酸氢钠、维拉帕米联合IL 2、IFN α化疗药物介入组 (D组 ) 4个组 ,A、B、C、D 4个组介入 2个疗程后判断疗效。结果 B组部分缓解率明显高于A组 ,D组部分缓解率均高于其它 3组。结论 向恶性肿瘤组织灌注碳酸氢钠、维拉帕米可提高IL 2、IFN α、ADM。 Aim To observe the increased effects of verapamil combined with NaHCO 3 by tumors arterial infusion in patients with solid malignant. Methods Ninety two patients were randomly assigned to four groups. Group A was infused with anti cancer agents; group B with NaHCO 3 and anti cancer agents; group C with NaHCO 3, IL 2, IFN α and anti cancer agents, and group D was given NaHCO 3, verapamil, IL 2, IFN α and anti cancer agents. The efficacy was evaluated after the aterial interventional chemotherapy (1 time/mon×2) in group A, B, C and D. Applying Seldinger penetrating technique, the drugs were infused at some proper concentrations as follows: 5% SB 80- 100 ml , NS 30 ml , IL 2 400~600(×10 3)U, IFN α 1~3 (×10 3)U, verapamil 10- 15 mg , ADM 50- 60 mg , DDP 100 mg or MMC 10 mg or DPT 50 mg , 5 Fu 1.0 - 1.5 , verapamil 5- 10 mg with in 15 min . Results Partial remission (PR) in group B was significantly higher than that in group A; PR in group D was higher than those in group A, B and C. Conclusion Arterial infusion of NaHCO 3 combined with verapamil into malignant tumors can increase the efficacy of anti cancer agents and IL 2,IFN α.
