摘要
本文在对知识经济的内涵及其标志进行界定的基础上 ,围绕技术、创新、教育等知识经济发展的主要特征 ,着重探讨了中国知识经济发展现状及其制约因素 ,并提出了相关的对策建议。
On the basis of delimitation of the connotations and their signals that Knowledge economy bears,this article focus on the present development and the constraints concerning the knowledge economy of China.Retional measures to overcome the constraints are proposed.
