摘要
细菌胞外酶作为海洋环境中有机物与细菌相互作用的中介 ,其活性高低反映了细菌对相关有机组分的改造程度及该有机组分对细菌生长繁殖的营养贡献 .胞外酶活性 (extracellularenzymeactivity ,EEA)研究对于深入了解海洋生态系有着重要意义 .本文概述了胞外酶活性特征、影响因素及调控机制 ;台湾海峡胞外酶活性研究原理 ,现场测定方法及影响因素 ,分析了台湾海峡 β 葡萄糖苷酶与细菌产量。
As a medium of the interaction between bacteria and organic matter in marine environment, the β Glucosidase activity(β GlcA) reflects the reconstructive degree that bacteria do to some organic compositions and what those compositions contribute to bacterial growth and multiplication. The study on the β GlcA will help people to have a better understanding of the role playing by marine heterotrophic hacteria on the biogeochemical cycle of carbon in marine environment. The authors summarize in this paper, the charaters of extracellular enzyme, influencing factors, regulating mechanisms, describe the determination principle and method of extracellular enzyme activity(EEA), show out the results of EEA distributing in Taiwan Strait, discuss the relationship between β GlcA and bacterial biomass and bacterial production, and emphasize the importance of the EEA in marine ecosystem.
