摘要
碾压混凝土大坝材料的耐久性是一个值得关注的问题。该文以水东枢纽工程为例 ,从坝址环境水质特征、潜在的碱骨料反应等方面对其作了论述。指出在具较好连通性的毛细孔及施工不密实孔等部位 ,环境水对于Ca(OH) 2 一类物质的溶出型侵蚀作用将以相对集中的渗漏方式为主 ,因而对于大坝的抗化学侵蚀性较为不利 ;控制大坝材料中的总含碱量 (如小于 1 80kg/m3)
The durability of building material of roller compacted concrete(RCC) dam merits attention. Taking Shuidong dam as an example, the character of the environmental water quality and the potential reaction of alkali aggregate within the dam are studied.It is pointed out that at the locations. of pores from capillary with better interconnection and pore spaces with less dense structure during construction, etc., the soluble type corrosion of environmental water for Ca(OH) 2 substance will be mainly the relatively concentrated leakage pattern, which is rather unfavored to anti-chemical corrosion. To control the total amount of alkali (eg. less than 1.8 kg/m 3) in the dam material may be considered as an important basis for determining whether the potential reaction of alkali aggregate will take place or not.
