经济发达地区产业若干新特点探讨——以苏锡常地区为例

New Characters of Regional Industrial Exploration on Chinese Well-developped Regions:

我国一些发达地区经济市场化程度越来越高 ,其产业发展出现了新特点 :产业的总体规模已经比较庞大 ,生产要素的流动越来越自由 ,受市场机制调节的产业发展和行政体制的冲突比较激烈 ,现行的区域产业政策与产业发展存在矛盾等。作者分析了这些特点及其产生的原因 ,探讨在新形势下发达地区产业研究的一些新特点。其核心内容是 :区域产业研究的原则、基础、内容和方法应该适应经济市场化、全球化的趋势 ,努力探索在以市场主导的情况下区域产业发展的新规律 ,为新型产业政策的制定提供依据。

Chinese well-developped regions have made much progress in the market-oriented reform since the 1990s .At the same time ,the globalization and knowledge economy are influencing these regions more and more deeply .New characters of the industries in these regions have unfolded .These characters include:the industrial scale is relatively large ;the flow of productive elements is more and more free ;the market-oriented industrial development conflicts with the traditional administration frequently etc. On the basis of the industrial research of Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou, the author analyzes these new characters and then discusses new characters of the industrial research on the well-developped regions .The core of the author's opinions is that the rules, base, content and methods of regional industrial research should adapt themselves to the market economy and globalization . The author also believes that the role of Chinese regional industrial research on the new conditions is to explore the rule of industrial development and ground the regional industrial policies.
