A Probe Into Harmonious Development of the Mining City and the Mining Enterprise

打破“条块”管理机制,将矿业企业纳于矿业城市发展规划范围内,建立以统一规划、辐射、阶段、就业相互支持、环境治理、科技先行适时转型、留有余地实施战略储备、市政建设等为内容的八项协同发展理论体系,使二者在优势互补、资源共享、相互支持的基础上实施可持续发展战略。

Based on an analysis of the charateristics of the development of the minin g city and mining enterprise,this paper advocates breaking old -fashioned administra tive mechanism and incorporating th e mining enterprise into the develop ment project of the mining city,so as to establish a theoretical system of harmonious development t o implement sustainable developmen t strategy on the basis of mutual complementing of advantages,exchange of resources,and mutual s upport.
