摘要
近年来重庆广告事业总体规模增长不快,还停留在粗放经营的层面;但多元化的产业格局已初具规模,民营企业逐渐成为中坚产业。目前,重庆广告业存在的主要问题是:广告企业缺乏品牌意识,行业集约化程度不高,行业整体素质有待提高,精英型人才严重匮乏,广告缺乏文化品位。
The advertisement industry of Chongqing did not increase on a large scale and still remains on elementary management level. Pluralistic industries situation has elementary scale and private enterprises gradually become industry pillar. The problems in Chongqing 's advertisement industries are that advertisement industries are short of brand management ideas, the management of the industry is not in high level of intensity, the whole quality of the industry needs to be raised, the talents are seriously short and advertisement is short of cultural quality.
