摘要
重庆都市大众餐饮的特点主要有:火锅业为主、洋快餐占据大部分快餐市场、渝派川菜不断创新、小吃琳琅满目、家庭餐饮日趋便捷等。重庆都市餐饮存在的问题主要是:缺乏文化品位、卫生状况差、小散乱而不能适应形势的需要。应整治餐饮卫生、提高文化品位、大力发展重庆的食品产业。
The main character of Chongqing 's food and drink is that hot-pot plays a main role, foreign food and drink seizes a lot of fast food market, Sichuan food with Chongqing characteristics is innovated increasingly and full of small food. The house-food is easy to reach. The main problems in food and drink are to be short of culture brand, poor health condition and small scale. The countermeasures are to rectify food industry, raise culture level and develop Chongqing 's food industry.
