摘要
本文论述了智能机器人的机械图理解 .这一理解过程包括机械图三维模型的建立 ,利用了人理解三视图的知识和三视图之间的对应关系 ,从组合体的三视图中提取出具有三维信息的基元体 ,并由基元体形成组合体的三维结构 ;零件图的理解和装配图的理解 .整个系统采用了类似于专家系统的结构 .
A system of mechanical drawing understanding by intelligent robots is illustrated in this paper.This process involves the construction of a 3 D model of mechanical drawings,the separation of primitive parts from the original object in light of man′s knowledge about the understanding of three view drawings,and the determination of relations between three view drawings by use of the heuristic inferring method.A 3 D structure of the object is then formed from primitive parts.The whole system adopts a structure quite similar to an expert system.Such an improved system can perform the object understanding function of robot machining and robot assembly.
