摘要
研究了在碳氮共渗中加入稀土的作用 ,并对渗入机理进行了一定的讨论 .结果表明 ,稀土具有明显的催渗作用 ,稀土碳氮共渗改善了渗层金相组织 ,提高了材料性能及使用寿命 ,并有效地节省了能源 .
This paper studies the effect of adding the rare earth elements to the gas carbonitring. The results show the rare earth elements hame the catalytic effect. Re carbonitriug can improve the structure of the alloyed layer, increase the properties and life time of material, and reduce coating time.
