摘要
通过分析传统企业发展电子商务的意义、优势及目前存在的制约因素 ,对国内传统企业发展电子商务应注意解决的若干问题提出了对策性建议。
By analyzing the internal and external features, advantages as well as restrictive factors, this article suggests some solutions to several problems existing in the development of electronic commerce in traditional enterprises.
