针对施工企业面临的较为严重的工程拖欠款问题 ,从合同方面分析该问题产生的原因以及如何利用法律来防止该问题的发生 ,同时也具体阐述了追索工程拖欠款的法律依据。

In view of the increasingly serious problem of back money in projects of construction enterprises, this paper analyses the causes of the problem from the perspective of contract and the application of law to prevent the occurrence of the problem, and expatiates on the foundations for demanding the payback of the back money in projects.
