摘要
在常压、氢苯摩尔比为 3、反应温度 363.15—53.15 K条件下,采用 CDS-810 微反系统,研究了 0.75mm球形、 1.45mm球形、 2.5mm×5mm圆柱体、 5mm×5mm圆柱体四种粒度Ni/Al2O3催化剂上气相苯加氢反应的宏观动力学.结果表明采用双曲型动力学方程比幂指数型方程要优越,宏观动力学与本征动力学模型方程形式一致.用双曲型动力学方程处理不同粒度催化剂上的动力学实验数据,计算值与实验值的平均偏差在5.15%~5.80%之间.随着所用Ni/Al2O3催化剂粒度增大,反应的表现活化能减小,而氢、苯吸附 热变化不大.
The macrokinetics of benzene hydrogenation on different size of Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was studied at atmospheric pressure in an internal recycle gradientless reactor The tempefsture was varied in the range of 363.15 K~ 53.15 K. The molar ratio of hydrogen to benzene was 3-8. It was found that Langmiur kinetic expression is better than power law type kinetic expression. And the regressed macrokinetic equation are nearly the same as the intrinsic kinetic equation. The average deviation between experimental and calculational results was from 5. 15% to 5.80%.
