介绍了进行拱型槽板成型试验的全部过程 ,实际测定出决定拱型槽板形状的有关参数 ,得到了曲率半径 R随叶片重叠量 M变化的规律 ,总结出曲率半径 R与叶片重叠量 M关系的经验公式 ,为理论研究金属拱型屋顶的成型提供了实际数据 。

The whole process of forming experiment of arched groove plate is introduced in this paper, through which related parameters configuring the plate are measured and the relationship between the vane overlapping and the curvature radius is obtained. The empiric formula thus established is of both theoretical and practical importance in the study of the forming mechanism and in the fabrication of metal vaults.
