Whethe or Not the China Telecom should be Split?

针对目前“拆分中国电信”的讨论 ,使用交易费用理论分析了电信企业边界的界定问题 ,并对其中高交易费用产生的原因进行了探讨。同时 ,根据中国电信的地位和任务 ,结合世界电信业发展的要求 ,提出中国电信目前最主要的任务是发展 。

According to the discussion about whether or not the China Telecom should be split,in this paper,the theory of the trading cost is used to analysis how to settle the boundary of telecommunication companies,and discus the reason of the high trading cost in the telecommunication operation market.The impact of unsymmetrical regulation on it is also mentioned here.And it is put forward by the status & role of the China Telecom and the requirement of the development of the world telecommunication industry that currently the most important role of the China Telecom is to develop,and to split it is not propitious to this role.
