我国互联网的现状及若干问题刍议

Breif Discussion on the Current Situation and Problems of Internet in China

介绍了互联网及其在我国的发展历程和目前现状,指出了我国互联网建设中存在的法制体系不完善、发展不均衡、缺乏规范管理、网络安全问题日益突出、互联网技术落后的若干问题。针对这些问题,对我国互联网建设发表了几点看法。

It first introduces Internet and its development history in China, then analyses its current developing state in the country. It points out problems in the domestic Internet construction, such as: uncompletion of the related legal system, unbalance of its development, lack of standard administration, protruding networks safety issue, backward of the networks technology. At last it presents the author's opinions on the domestic Internet construction.
