城市住院病人医疗意向调查分析

An Investigation on Inpatients Intentions of Medical Service from City Hospitals

目的 了解城市医疗服务需求现状 ,为医院改革提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查 ,调查员深入病房询问病人 ,问卷应答率为 99.3%。结果 病人愿意选择医疗技术水平高、医疗安全、就近就医的医院 ,占 89.3% ;门诊看病最伤脑筋的事是医生检查不细心及手续繁多等候时间长 ,占 82 .9% ;住院期间担心和忧虑的事主要有长期诊断不清、治疗不当 ,出差错事故和留有后遗症。结论 医疗技术水平高、医疗安全的医院是城市医疗市场最需要的 ,提高医务人员技术水平和业务素质 ,确保医疗安全和医疗质量 。

Objective To have an knowledge of the current status of the demands for medical services in cities. Methods Interviewer administered questionaires were used among patients being hospitalized. The responsive rate of them was 99.3%. Results It had been found that the hospitals which had high level of medical techniques, safe medical treatments and easy to access were welcomed by most patients. The main problems suffered by patients in outpatient service were careless examination and much more unnecessary procedures or long waiting time. What they worried mostly in hospitalization were long indistinct diagnoses, ill treatments, medical errors or accidents and leaving over sequelea. Conclusion The hospitals which had high level of medical techniques and safe treatments are welcomed in current medical market. Hospitals should try their best to increase the medical skills and occupational qualities of their staffs to assure the safety of medical work.
