摘要
目的 探讨普乐林对溴氰菊酯中毒大鼠心血管毒性拮抗作用的机制。方法 雄性大 鼠一次性腹腔注射溴氰菊酯后,用高压液相色谱测定血浆中肾上腺素的水平,并观察普乐林 对上述改变的影响。结果 溴氰菊酯可引起大鼠血浆中肾上腺素水平持续升高,90min时达 到平台期。12.5mg/kg溴氰菊酯对大鼠血浆中肾上腺素水平的改变不明显(P>0.05);25或50m g/kg溴氰菊酯可使大鼠血浆中肾上腺素水平明显升高(P<0.05)。普乐林能明显地缓解50mg/k g溴氰菊酯对大鼠肾上腺素的释放作用。结论 普乐林对溴氰菊酯心血管毒性的拮抗作用可 能涉及肾上腺素释放的抑制。
Objective To explore the mechanism of the antagonistic effects of puerarin on the cardiovascular toxicity in rats induced by deltamethrin. Methods The level of adrenaline in plasma of rats treated with a single dose of deltamethrin (i.p,) was measured by HPLC, and its changes were observed after treatment of puerarin. Results The level of adrenaline in plasma of rats steadily increas ed and reached to a stable stage after 90 minutes when administrated by deltamethrin. No change of the level of adrenaline was observed after treated with 12.5m g/kg deltamethrin (P>0.05), but it was very high at the dose of 25mg/kg and 50mg /kg deltamethrin, respectively, as compared with control group (P<0.05). Puera rin significantly decreased the level of adrenaline induced by 50mg/kg deltameth rin. Conclusion The antagonistic effects of puerarin on cardiovascular toxicity induced by deltamethrin could be related to the decrease of adrenaline release.
