摘要
目的 探讨硫酸二甲酯致眼损伤的临床特点及治疗方法。 方法 对１２４例 硫酸二甲酯致眼损伤的病例进行分析。结果 硫酸二甲酯致眼损伤主要临床表 现为化学性结膜炎、角膜炎。１２４例病人中有１０例合并硫酸二甲酯中毒，６１例合 并呼吸道损伤，８例合并皮肤灼伤。结论 硫酸二甲酯对眼、鼻及呼吸 道黏膜有强烈的刺激作用，治疗主要采取抗感染、散瞳、营养角膜等综合措施。
Objective To discuss on clinical characteristic and treatment of eye injured by dimethyl sulfate. Methods Retrospective analysis 124 cases of eye injured by dimethyl sulfate. Results Main clinical manifestations are chemical conjunctivitis and keratitis. 10 cases were complicated with poisoning, 61 respiratory injury and 8 skin burned. Conclusion Eyes, nose and the respiratory mucous membrance can be severely irritated by dimethyl sulfate. The therapy include anti-inflammation, use mydriatic and nutrition of cornea.
