摘要
EB病毒是一种亲人类B淋巴细胞的双链γ-DNA疱疹病毒.EB病毒感染对某些肿瘤,尤其是淋巴造血系统肿瘤的发生有着间接或直接的作用.多数研究提示,EB病毒对肠道T细胞淋巴瘤的发生可能存在着地区和人种的差异,且受肿瘤类型(免疫表型)的影响.本文结合文献对EB病毒的检测及其与淋巴造血系统肿瘤的相关性作一综述.
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a double chainγ-DNA herpes virus which matchs human B lymphocyte. The infection of EBV has direct or indirect ef fection to some cancer, especially to the cancer of lymphatic hematopoietic system. Most research showed that there maybe the diff erencese in area and race in EBV caused the intestinal T-cell lympho ma. And the nosogenesis was effected b y the type of cancer. But the p athologenesis of EBV caused lymph oma still has no ideal result. This thesis will narrate the test of EBV and its relation with the malignant tumor of lymphatic hemato poietic system.
