摘要
对纳豆菌产生抗菌物质的培养基的组成进行了优化 ,并探讨了温度、pH、培养方式和接种量对纳豆菌生长及抗菌作用的影响 ,发酵的适宜温度为 2 5℃— 30℃ ,培养基的最适初始 pH为 6 5— 7 5 ,最适接种量6 % ,振荡培养优于静置培养。
The fermentation conditions of Bacillus nato with high yield of antimicrobial substances were studied in detail.The optimum medium contained 2% of glucose,0.5% of peptone,a few mineral substances and amino acid.The proper temperature and initial pH valus was 25℃-30℃ and pH 6.5-7.5 respectively.The optimum inoculation amount was 6%.In addition,the shaking culture was more suitable than still culture.
