摘要
为探讨新的生物学分类方法 ,以人、牛、羊、猪、鹿和鸡共计 6种不同动物的血清为抗原分别制备了其相应的 6种抗血清 ,并进行每两种动物间的双向交叉血清定量免疫反应 ,计算出每两种动物血清间的抗原比值 ,以抗原比值为量度绘出 6种动物的树状分类图。结果表明 :抗原比分类与自然分类及文献报道的核苷酸序列分类相吻合 ,说明抗原比测定可以用于动物学分类 ,对其理论意义进行了讨论。
The intention of this paper is to explore a new method of taxonomy.Antibodies to serum of human,pig,cattle,sheep,deer and fowl were prepared respectively.Two-way quantitative immunological cross test were performed and the ratio of antigen were calculated.The dendrogram was obtained with ratio of antigen as measurement.The result showed a consistency between the ratio of antigen method and the natural classification method,which did same result with DNA analyzed method.It suggested that ratio of antigen method was a good method for taxonomy on zoology.The signification was discussed.
