摘要 离子转运相关的膜蛋白包括离子通道 (Ionchannel)和转运蛋白 (transporter)等。除了传统的电压钳位法和膜片钳技术外 。 Ion channel and transporter are membrane proteins charging of ion transporting . Except the techniques of Voltage clamp and Patch clamp, the heterologous functional complementary using yeast and Arabidopsis 's mutants have already become the key one in molecular biology.
