The Artificial-feeding Purification of New Zealand Rabbit

摘要 为了对新西兰兔进行生物学净化 ,剔除其体内外所携致病微生物 ,提高新西兰兔的微生物学等级。采用隔离器剖腹产净化 ,以全子宫摘除法对 11只临产新西兰孕兔施行剖腹产 ,选择出生体重 5 0g以上仔兔进行人工哺乳净化。结果发现对 34只仔兔进行人工哺乳 ,42d断乳成活 2 7只 ,离乳率 74 9%。经广东省实验动物监测所检测 ,达到清洁级标准。采用该方法对实验动物进行生物学净化取得了良好效果 。 Objective To raise the standard of microbiology of New Zealand rabbit by knocking out the pathogenic microorganism in vitro and vivo and biological purification.Methods Laparohysterotomy in the isolators was used in 11 in-labor New Zealand rabbits.34 baby rabbits whose weight were higher than 50g were selected and feed with artificial milk.Rusults 42d later,27 baby rabbits existed with the stopping location and existence percentage was 74.9%.Tested by Guangdong Laboratory Animal Monitoring Institute,the new-born rabbits fulfill the clean standards.Conclusion this system is valuable in biological purification of laboratory animal.
