摘要
目的 比较重组疫苗与精制疫苗诱导小鼠的免疫应答,为研制新型狂犬病疫苗奠定基础。方法 应 用含狂犬病病毒(RV)糖蛋白基因的重组质粒pcDNA3-RGP(重组疫苗)和槽制灭活狂大病病毒(精制疫苗)分别免疫小 鼠后检测细胞免疫和体液免疫水平。结果 重组疫苗3次免疫与精制疫苗1次免疫的体液免疫水平相当,重组疫苗 2次免疫与槽制疫苗l次免疫的细胞免疫水平相当,重组疫苗与精制疫苗免疫小鼠的保护率分别为30%和84.6%。 结论 重组疫苗诱导小鼠产生的免疫应答水平低于精制疫苗。
Objective To compare the immune responses induced by recombinant vaccine and purified vaccine in mice and lay a foundation of developing a new rabies vaccine. Methods Mice were inoculated with the recombinant plasmid pcDNA3-RGP carrying rabies virus(RV)glycoprotein(recombinant RV vaccine) and purified rabies vaccine respectively, and the cellular and humoral response levels of them were detected. Re-sults The humoral response level induced by 3 doses of recombinant vaccine is equal to that induced by one dose of purified vaccine.The cellular response level induced by 2 doses of recombinant vaccine is equal to that induced by one dose of purified vaccine. Conclusion The immune response level induced by recombinant vaccine is lower than that induced by purified vaccine.
