摘要
研究了7种橐吾属(Ligularia)植物的染色体和核形态。干崖子橐吾(L.kanaitzensis)的核型为2n=2x=58=26m+28sm+4st;窄头橐吾(L.stenocephala)的核型为2n =2x=58=26m+32sm;细茎橐吾(L.hookeri)的核型为 20= 2x= 58=30m+ 26sm+ 2st;宽戟橐吾(L.latihastat)的核型为 2n=2x= 58=28m+26sm(2sat)+ 4st;网脉橐吾( L.dictyoneure)的核型为2n=2x=58=26m+28sm+2st+2t;鹿蹄橐吾(L.hodgsonii)的核型为2n=2x=58=28m+ 28sm+ 2t;棉毛橐吾( L. vellerea)的核型为 2n=2x=58=22m + 34sm+ 2st。虽然这 7个种的染色体数目相同,2n=58,核型主要由m和sm染色体构成,但各类的染色体数目在种间有差异。核型的对称性高,着丝点端化值(T.C)为61.45%~64.96%。除窄头橐吾和鹿蹄橐吾的染色体数与前人报道的相同外,其它5个种的染色体数目和核型均为首次报道。
The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of 7 species in Ligularia are reported in this paper The results are as follows;2n=2x=58=26m+28sm+4st for L.kanaitszienis;2n=2x=58=26m+ 32sm for L. stenocephala;2n=2x=58=30m+2sm+ 2st for L. hoookeri; 2n= 2x=58= 28m+26sm (2Sat) +4at for L. latihastata; 2n=2x=58=26m+ 28sm+ 2st+ 2t for L. dictyoneura;2n=2x=58 =28m+28sm+2st for L. hodgsonii;and 2n=2x=58=22m+34sm+2st for L.vellerea.The chro- mosomal numbers in species are the same (2n=58), and the Karyotypes are mainly composed of m-and sm-chromosomes.But,the numbers of m-,sm-and of m-, sm-and st-chromosome are species. The cen tromeric terminalization value of chromosomes is 61.45% -61.45%.The chromosome numbers and kary otypes of 5 species are reported for the first time except species are reported for the first time except that of L. stemocephala and L.hodgsonii.
