摘要 介绍了肌酸在机体的分布与合成及其在肌肉能量代谢中的作用。综述了补充肌酸对提高体内肌酸含量和运动能力的作用 。 Distritution and biosythesis of creatine were introduced, and its funtion in energy metabolism in skeletal muscle was discussed. The effect of creatine supplement on exercise capability and some mechanisms to improve exercise capability were summarized.
