Accelerating the Establishment of a Multi-Level Rural Social Security System --Third Study Report on the Rural Development of Donghe Township, Yiwu City.

本文在对义乌市东河农村社会保障现状评价的基础上 ,提出了建立东河农村社会保障体系的目标与重点 ,及其加强农村最低生活保障制度、医疗保险制度、养老保险制度和敬老院建设的对策与建议。

Based on the evaluation of the present situation of Donghe's rural social security, the paper puts forwards the basic goals and focal points of construction of Donghe's rural social security system in the new century, and makes some suggestions and countermeasures in the construction of such aspects as rural security institution of the lowest living cost, medical insurance system, old age insurance system and home of respect for the aged.
