摘要
以产权制度改革为核心的公有制中小企业的改制工作 ,是当前城乡企业深化改革的一个重点。以具有代表性的浙江省台州市 13家已改制的中小企业为样本 ,运用定量分析为主、定性分析为辅的方法 ,对 4种不同的企业员工持股结构的优劣性进行了比较分析。结论是 :企业领导层和骨干联合持大股 (含控股 )
Based on the quantitative and theoretical analysis,and the sampling from 13 small and medium sized enterprises in transition in Taizhou of Zhejiang province,the paper focuses its contrastive studies on the advantages and disadvantages of the four different kinds of staff's ownership structure,and the main conclusion is that the ownership structure that the leaders and key members hold large shares could achieve the best performance and efficiency of organizations.
