摘要
技术中介机构在促进技术转化中的作用是一个非常值得关注的问题。从分析其在国家技术创新体系中的作用入手 ,对技术中介机构的运行模式进行了研究。以技术转化的不同阶段对技术中介机构的需求为依据 ,将技术中介分为 :交易平台型、技术孵化型、转移代理型、技术扩散型四种类型 ,进而分析了 4种中介机构所提供服务的特点 ,与技术转化的关系 ,最后对中介机构运行模式进行了探讨。
The function of technology agents on promoting technology transform is a widely concerned problem. This paper starts its study from the function of technology agents exerting within the national innovation system. Based on the requirement onto technology agents in the different stages of technology transform, this paper defined 4 kinds of technology agents: transition platform, tech incubator, transfer agent and technology diffusion. Further it discusses the characteristics of the services of each kind of technology agent, and their relationship with technology transform. At last, it probes into the operation mode of technology agents.
