With the 80 year history of Communist Party of China and its construction and development process as a background,this paper,from the perspective of theoretical essence,theoretical character and theoretical feature of construction theory of CPC,analyzes the intrinsic relation between the development demands of advanced productive forces,the development orientation of advanced culture,the fundamental interests of populace and CPC construction,and suggests the concept that the significant thinking of 'Three Represents' is the quintessence of construction theory of CPC.
