对南京邮电学院2001届毕业生择业倾向的调查与思考

The Investigation and Reflection of the Job-selection Inclination of the Graduates in NJUPT in 2001

据调查 ,2 0 0 1年大学生毕业前择业观念较往年有明显变化 ,主要原因既有外部环境的变化也有个人因素的影响 ,具体表现为面对择业有压力、有信心 ,总体心态平稳 ,创业意识增强 ,但择业期望值仍然较高。毕业生择业倾向的改变对学校教学工作、就业和创业指导及服务工作提出更高的要求。

According to the investigation,the job selection concept of the college graduates has changed a lot in 2001,compared with that of several years ago.It mainly lies in both the change of the out environment and the individual facts.The change shows that when they face the job selection,they have not only the pressure but also the confidence,meanwhile,they have very clear mind,and their sense of starting an undertaking is strengthened,but they also have quite high expectation of the job.The change of the inclination requires the school to do more for students′ education,give better sevice to their employment and starting an undertaking.
