The Development and Cultivation of College Students′ Self-consciousness

自我意识是人的意识发展的最高阶段 ,是人格的自我调控系统。人类的高度文明之处就在于人有自我意识 ,能够进行自我调节 ,从而能改善自己的心理素质和行为。在了解和研究自我意识的内涵、功能的基础上 ,分析大学生自我意识发展过程中表现的矛盾与特点 ,并探讨大学生自我意识的培养。

As the highest stage of human consciousness development, self consciousness is a self adjusting system of personality. Human civilization lies in the fact that human has self consciousness and can adjust himself to improve his psychology and behavior. On the basis of introducing the concept and function of self consciousness,this paper analyses and inquires into the characteristics and cultivation of college students′ self consciousness.
