On Speeding up the Development of Higher Education of Shaanxi in Accordance with "Three-Represents

从“三个代表”思想的重要意义入手 ,分析了发展高等教育事业与贯彻落实“三个代表”的关系 ,指出加快高等教育事业发展 ,高校要成为实践“三个代表”思想的典范 ,是党始终代表中国先进生产力发展必然的要求 ,并就如何加快陕西高等教育事业的发展 ,提出了有关办学、素质教育。

Based on the significance of 'Three-Represents',an analysis is made of the relationship between the development of higher education and the implementation of 'Three-Represents'.Some measures are suggested in the paper with regard to running colleges and universities, quality education,campus atmosphere and the Party building. The authors conclude that only when the theory of 'Three-Represents'are put into practice in colleges and universities, will the development of higher education be sped up.
