摘要
基于企业家人力资本有效开发和利用的分析 ,认为企业家人才市场的主要内容是企业家人才资质的评价认定 ,一般包括考绩、考试、试用评价三个联系的环节 ,国有企业的企业家人才市场还包括组织审查环节 ,从而形成有效的市场中介职能。企业家人才市场的主要特征表现在 ,它是企业家人力资本的要素市场 ,是企业家人力资本合理制度安排的产物 ,是识别和选择企业家的源头性的人才市场。当前应采取得力措施 。
In the light of the analysis of the effective development and utilization of human capital, the authors conclude that candidates must go through an evaluation approval at the talent market which involves the merit of professional performance, examination and probation appraisal. At the market for state enterprises, candidates must undergo an organizational examination. Thus talent market for business exeutives serves as an effective intermediary. So far as the characteristics of the market is concerned, it is considered to be an essential factor to provide human capital, an reasonable system of human capital and a source of identifying and selecting business executives. The authors also suggest that effective measures should be taken to cultivate the market.
