Balcony leakage is a universal phenomenon and occurs mainly at such posi- tions as flooring, breast board and windows. The leakage at the junction between the windows breast board and the longitudinal wall seems to be the most serious. To elimi- nate the common quality problem of balcony leakage, design control and construction specifications should be stressed.
