注射头孢菌素头孢他美钠β-内酰胺酶稳定性研究

STUDY ON β-LACTAMASE STABILITY OF CEFETAMET, A NEW-THIRD GENERATION OF CEPHALOSPORIN INJECTION

对新三代头孢他美钠 (cefetamet)对临床分离产酶耐药菌 β 内酰胺酶稳定性进行了研究 ,并与头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、西力欣、凯塞欣等其它 4种头孢菌素做了比较。结果表明头孢他美具有很强的β 内酰胺酶稳定性。在临床分离产酶耐药菌所产 β 内酰胺酶中 ,头孢他美钠表现出与头孢噻肟、西力欣、凯塞欣相似的相对水解率 。

Enzyme stability of cefetamet to crude β lactamase extracts taken from clinical isolated resistant strains was studied and compared with cefoperazone, cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, and cefuroxime. Results showed that cefetamet was a cephalosporin with significantβ lactamase stability. The enzyme stability of cefetamet was similar to that of cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, and cefuroxime. The relative hydrolysis rates of cefetamet against most of the β lactamase were lower than those of cefoperazone.
