肾综合征出血热双价纯化疫苗(Vero细胞)安全性的研究

To study on security of HFRS purified divalent vaccine(Vero cell)

在肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)双价纯化疫苗 (Vero细胞 )的研制中 ,对病毒培养用Vero细胞致瘤性和试制疫苗的过敏原性进行了动物实验研究 ,结果表明 ,病毒培养用Vero细胞无致瘤性 ,三批试制疫苗无过敏原性。

During developing HFRS purified divalent vaccine(Vero cell),The investigation were carried out for the action of neoplasia of the Vero cell used in the virus propagation and the detection presence of allergen in the vaccine produced in lanzhou institute of biological products.The results showed that there were no action of neoplasia in the Vero cell and no allergen presence in the vaccine.And HFRS purified divalent vaccine prepared by Vero cell was safe in amimal tests.
