摘要
运用经典的红细胞及细胞核体积大小测量方法以及流式细胞仪 ,检测了人工诱导雌核发育草鱼染色体倍性与 DNA含量 .雌核发育草鱼红细胞体积为 (333.5± 41.94) μm3 ,细胞核体积为 (2 0 .7± 2 .378) μm3 ;与所测普通草鱼 :红细胞体积 (34 3.8± 5 0 .1) μm3 ,细胞核体积 (2 1.2± 1.98) μm3 ,没有显著差异 .雌核发育草鱼 DNA含量 (2 C)平均为 2 .2 3pg,普通草鱼 DNA含量 (2 C) 2 .2 0 pg,两者无显著差异 .研究结果表明 。
Ploidy analysis of the gynogenetic grass carps by using the flow cytometry and surveying the erythrocytes,cell nuclei. The volumes of the erythrocyte and the nucleus of the gynogenetic grass carps are(333.5±41.94) μm 3 and(20.7±2.375) μm 3, respectively. While for the ordinary grass carps, the volumes of the erythrocyte and the nucleus are(343.8±5.1) μm 3 and(21.2± 1.98) μm 3 , respectively. The DNA contents of the gynogenetic grass carps and the ordinary have the average values of 2.23 pg and 2.20 pg, respectively. The results show that there is no prominent difference between gynogenetic grass carps and ordinary grass carps on their ploidy.
