80例鼻息肉患者内窥镜手术与药物治疗效果观察

Observation the Effect of Endoscopy Surgery and Drug Therapy on 80 Cases of Nasal Polyps

目的：通过对 120例鼻息肉患者分别采用鼻内窥镜下手术＋糖皮质激素与传统手术治疗鼻息肉疗效对比分析。方法： 120例中随机抽出 40例行传统手术＋抗生素治疗为对照组。 80例采用内窥镜下手术＋规范化糖皮质激素＋抗生素治疗鼻息肉为内窥镜组。结果：随访半年以上，对照组，治愈 21例，治愈率 52. 5％，好转 12例，好转率 30％，复发 7例，复发率 17. 5％， P<0. 01。内窥镜组：治愈 74例，治愈率 92. 5％，好转 5例，好转率 6. 25％，复发 1例，复发率 1. 25％， P<0. 01。结论：内窥镜手术＋规范化糖皮质激素，可有效降低鼻息肉复发率，疗效优于传统手术，其具有手术精度高、术后复发率低优点。

Objectives:To make a comparison analysis between traditional surgery and endoscopy surgery on 120 cases of nasal polyps.Methods:Of the 120 cases,40were treated by traditional surgery plus antibiotics as the control group,and 80 cases were received endoscopy surgery plus regular glucocrticoids and antibiotics as the treatment group.Results:With following up 6 months,it was found that,in control group,21 cases were cured(52.5％ ),12 improved(30％ ),7 recurred(17.5％ )， while in treatment group,74 cases were cured(52.2％ ),5 improved(6.25％ )and l recurred(1.25％ ).Conclusion:Endoscopy surgery is better than traditional surgery in treatment of nasal polyps.
