摘要
目的：探讨肾囊肿的治疗方法及疗效。方法：在 B超引导下行肾囊肿穿刺后留置导管充分引流，分 3次注射无水酒精至肾囊肿内。结果：穿刺成功率 100％，治愈 25例，有效率 100％。结论： B超引导下穿刺注射无水酒精治疗肾囊肿无严重并发症，疗效确切。
Objectives:To explore the treatment methods and the therapy effect on renal cyst.Methods:To perform the operation of centesis on renal cyst and keep the catheter to fully drainage.Then injection water-free ethanol 3 times into the renal cyst.Results:The success rate of cetesis was 100％ ,25 cases were cured and the effective rate was also 100％ .Conclusion:centesic lnjection ethanol guided by B-Ultrasonography to treat renal cyst has no serious accompanies and will get good effectness.
