摘要
本文收集整理了目前已发表的山茶属植物的核型资料。按张宏达的分类系统 ,本文共收录了 94种(含 15变种 )的核型和 2 9种 (含 4变种 )的染色体数目。分析表明 ,山茶属植物染色体基数稳定X =15 ,核型多为 2A或 2B型。核型的进化规律符合Stebbins提出的从对称向不对称方向进化的理论。山茶属植物的核型存在杂合性和多态性。本文中作者提供 15种的核型 ,其中 2种的核型为首次报道。
In this paper, the karyotype data of 94 species (including 15 varieties )and the chromosome number of 29 species (including 4 varieties )in Camellia were collected and summarized. The results show that the Genus Camellia contained the same basis chromosome number. x=15,and various ploidy from 2x to 8x. The karyotype of species in Camellia are very similar. Chromosome type of the diploid in Camellia was 16~24 m-chromosomes, 6~14 sm-chromosomes,2~6 st-chromosomes and 2~6 satellites. The karyotype of 94 species studied in Camellia are mostly 2A and 2B type of Stebbins. karyotypic symmetry.Karyotype evolution in the Genus Camellia agreed with Stebbins theory which was from symmitry to asymmitry. The heterozygosity and polymorphism of karyotype in Camellia are also discussed. The karyoiypes of 15 species in present paper were studied by authors, among of them ,the karyotype of C. rotundata [2n=30=20m(2SAT)+10sm(2SAT)]and C.kwangnanica [2n=30=22m(2SAT)+8sm]are reported for the first time in this paper.
