摘要
对 47只冬眠季冬眠阵低温期刺猬的小肠与 5 3只非冬眠季刺猬的小肠 ,在 11 5℃和 37℃及离体条件下的收缩强度进行比较 ,和在 37℃条件下对肾上腺素 (Ad)、乙酰胆硷 (Ach)、心得安 (Propranolol)、阿托品 (Atr)反应进行比较 ,表明在 11 5℃条件下 ,冬眠与非冬眠刺猬离体小肠都基本无运动机能 ,在 37℃条件下 ,冬眠季冬眠阵低温期刺猬离体小肠运动强度明显高于非冬眠季 ,Ad、Ach、Propranolol。
Systolic intensity of intestinum tenue of 47 Erinaceus europaeus in hibernation bout at low temperature stage and 53 ones in non hibernation has been studied under different conditions, such as at different temperatures (11.5℃ and 37℃) , in vitro, and by supplying of adrenaline (Ad), acetylcholine (Ach), propranolol and atropine (Atr). The results showed that both in and out of hibernation, the intestinum tenue was basically motionless at 11.5℃, but at 37℃, its motional intensity in the hibernation bout at low temperature stage was obviously higher than that in the non hibernation. Ad, Ach, propranolol and Atr could evidently improve the systolic intensity of intestinum tenue in the hibernation bout at low temperature stage when compared with that in non hibernation.
