东亚地区作为 2 1世纪初叶的世界第三大重量级市场 ,将和欧盟市场、北美市场一起构成三足鼎立格局 ,但其一体化进程并不会径情直遂 ,各种制约性因素显而易见 :东亚各国经济发展水平失衡 ,运作模式存在严重缺欠 ,政治矛盾影响市场发育 ,历史积怨迟滞经贸合作 ,外界因素干扰整体进步 ,各自为政不利于走向世界。尽管如此 ,在经济合作利益原则的推动和规范下 ,这些制约性因素将会逐步得以克服 。

Together with the European Common Market and the North American Market,East Asia serves as the third largest market in the world,but its process of integration will not go smoothly.There exist some restrictive factors such as the imbalance between the countries concerned in their economic development,the imperfectness in its patterns of economic development,slack market development by political contradictions,sluggish economic and trading cooperation by historical rancor,external interference,and divided authority in administration,which are in the way of its stepping toward the outside world.Nevertheless,spurred and regulated by the principle of economic cooperation interest,these negative factors will gradually be overcome and the process of integration will be accelerated.
