再论20世纪20年代华北人民“闯关东”狂潮之成因

A Study on the causes that the People of the North China Emigrated to the Northeast in 1920s

移民是近代东北人口的主体，二十世纪二十年代是华北人民移民东北的高峰期，史料记载称之为“移民的狂潮”。考察“闯关东”狂潮之成因，除华北地区生存环境恶化，人民无以为生，不得已转徙他乡这一传统原因外，华北人民传统价值观念的转变、近代东北铁路网的形成、华北地方政府对移民东北的鼓励和支持，以及东北地方政权制定的各种优惠政策，更是吸引华北人民大举移民东北的最大动因。

The immigrants were the main part of modern Northeast population.It was the climax of the people of North China to emigrate in 1920s.The general knowledge thought that the important reason was the deteriorated living circumstances in North China.But I don't think so.I think the most immediate promotions are following:the first,transformation of North China accelerated the changes of the peasants' break away from the shackles of provincialism;the second,the formation of railway network in modern Northeast China influenced the peasants' thought and movement;the last,both the Northeast government and the North China government were all encouraged the immigration.
