自然人作为现代民法中首要的民事主体制度，其本身的建构以及与其他制度的相互联系，无不体现文明的法治对人的终极关怀。故从普遍人性中的合理因素入手，探讨自然人制度建构对维护人性的应有功能是有意义的。

The regulation of natural person whith is the principal regulation in modern civil law,together with its legalstructure and the relation with other legal systems,all reflects the civil legality's care to human nature.So,it is valuable to discuss the effect of the protection of the legal structure of natural person to human nature,from the view of the reasonable factors in human nature.
