With the extension of enrolling new students,many students have the chance to go on studying at college.Their basics especially their English are not at the same level.So the most urgent thing for college English teaching is how to improve the students'English within the limited two years in order to achieve the teaching program.First of all the teacher should know the students' actual condition.Then teach them in accordance with the actual condition with efficient teaching method and get the majority to achieve the college english teaching program.
