孔子教育管理思想简析

Brief Analysis of Confucian Educational Administrative Thought

本文从五个方面对孔子的教育管理思想进行简要分析：庶、富、教的教育管理理念，以身作则的教育管理原则，自我管理的教育管理方法，礼乐熏陶的教育管理途径，“择乎中庸”的教育管理尺度，这些管理思想对我们仍有重要的启发和借鉴意义。

This article will briefly analyze Confucian educational administrative thought from five aspects:educational administrative thought of numerousness,richness and teaching;educational administrative principle of setting an example with one's own conduct;educational administrative means of self－ administration ;educational administrative scale of 'choose medium”。 These administrative thoughts will enlighten us,at the same time,we can draw lessons from these administrative thoughts.
