人权问题是社会主义建设中的一个重大理论和实践问题。人权的概念 ,其权利主体不能只限于公民 ,其权利客体不能局限于基本权利 ;人权的概念有一个历史发展的过程 ;马克思主义人权观念包括人权的经济观、人权的发展观、人权的阶级观等。

Human rights issue is an important theoretic and practical problem in socialist construction.The Subject of human rights'concept can't merely limit to citizen,nor can the object of the rights merely limit to basic rights.Human rights have a historical developmental process.Marxist human rights consist of economic viewpoint of the rights,developmental viewpoint of the rights,class viewpoint of the rights and so on.
