坚信社会主义最终战胜资本主义、在全人类实现共产主义是我们坚定不移的信念。社会主义制度在建立以后 ,取得了巨大成就 ,同时也存在着许多缺陷和不足。造成社会主义发展道路上曲折性的原因很多 ,有社会主义国家内部自身的原因 ,也有外部资本主义国家的干扰、阻碍。社会主义初级阶段理论的形成和发展 ,标志着中国共产党对社会主义事业长期性、艰巨性的认识上升到了一个新境界。初级阶段的长期性、艰巨性要求我们 ,必须以发展生产力为根本任务 ,坚持初级阶段基本路线一百年不动摇 ,从根本上克服急躁冒进的思想 ,树立坚定的信心 ,脚踏实地地建设初级阶段的社会主义。建设初级阶段的社会主义、社会主义制度取得最终的胜利 。

We firmly believe that the socialism must conquer the capitalism,and that the communism must be realized.After the set-up of the socialist system,great achievements have been made,but really exist some weaknesses and shortcomings.There are various reasons that make the socialist way tortuous,some of which come from the socialist countries themselves,others of which come from the interference and the block of the capitalism.The formation and the development of the theory of the primary stage of socialism mark a new state of the Party's recognition that the socialism is a cause of a protracted nature and of arduous effort,which requires us to develop the productive forces,to stick to the 100-year unchangeable basic line of the primary stage,to overcome the thought of advancing impetuously,to establish the firm confidence and to build the socialism of the primary stage in a down to earth manner.All of these must rely on the leadership of the communist party.
